Martin is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Martin grew up in the United States, and is a native speaker in both English and Spanish, as well as having business level proficiency in Japanese. He received his BA from Rutgers University New Brunswick, New Jersey before arriving in Japan in 1999. In 2007, Martin and his business partner Lloyd Danon established Argentum Wealth Management. In his spare time he enjoys surfing and motorcycling.

Robert is originally from Liverpool, UK. Robert came to Japan in 2004 and has worked with foreign clients as a financial advisor and real estate consultant. In his spare time he enjoys futsal and traveling around Japan and is currently studying Japanese.

Lloyd is originally from Leeds in the UK and graduated from The University of Manchester Business School with a BSc in Management Sciences. After a brief stint in audit accounting and then backpacking around Asia, he came to Japan in 1999. With his experience in finance he started working as a financial advisor, before co-founding Argentum Wealth in 2007 with his business partner Martin Zotta.

David is originally from Oxford in the UK and started working as a financial advisor in 1975. He moved to Japan in 1995 to become the Tokyo branch manager for an advisory firm here and continued his role focusing on helping the local expat community. With over 45 years of experience in the industry and over 25 years as an advisor in Japan he has a wealth of knowledge to share with his clients.

Jack is a Business Management and finance graduate originally from the UK and Colombia. He grew up in Japan, and once his university studies in the UK were completed, he was eager to come back to Tokyo and pursue a career in finance and wealth management.

David is originally from New York, USA and has been advising institutional investors on the Japan stock market since 2000. After receiving an MBA in Finance from the University of Oregon, he worked at four investment banks including Credit Agricole, Jefferies, and MF Global as an equity analyst. David also enjoys triathlons and traveling, visiting over 70 countries and completing three Ironman triathlon events in between investor meetings.

Lee is originally from Vancouver, Canada. He started in the industry by advising friends and family about investments and then later joined Toronto Dominion. In 1990 he moved to Japan and became a financial advisor for the local expatriate community. With over 20 years of financial advising experience in Japan, he has a wealth of knowledge to share with his clients.
